1) Wandelbots Success Story Webpages

Drafted and published Success Stories for NOVA OS to boost trust and credibility with potential customers and increase conversion rates.

Work included creating narratives for client success stories to guide interviews and accurately represent their experiences, confirming key project details with the product and engineering teams for technical accuracy, and working with the marketing team on video editing to align visuals and messaging.

2) Wandelbots Competitive Analysis

Created the competitive analysis for NOVA to refine the product roadmap, strengthen product positioning, and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge. Maintained an up-to-date analysis sheet to align marketing and product strategies.

Work included creating the layout, ensuring the design aligned with brand guidelines, adhering to company glossary terms, researching companies, and keeping the analysis up to date every quarter.

3) Wandelbots Success Story Sales Deck

Developed the sales deck as a powerful tool for the sales team to highlight real-world applications, building credibility and trust to empower the sales team in closing deals.

Work included writing impactful content, designing a clear and concise layout, and collaborating with the design team to create a visually compelling presentation.

4) Product Messaging Sales Enablement

Created sales training material to help the sales team effectively communicate key value propositions, leading to more compelling pitches with greater customer understanding and reduced churn rates.

Work included designing an intuitive layout, conducting workshops with product managers to clarify product positioning for target customers, continuously updating the materials based on release updates and changes to documentation, and refining based on feedback from the revenue team.

5) NOVA Developer Community

Launched the Wandelbots NOVA developer community to build a network that empowered developers, facilitated knowledge sharing, gathered valuable feedback, and improved user experience.

Work included providing sample applications, how-to videos and technical resources, developing a feedback loop with Customer Success and Product teams to enhance product development and customer satisfaction, and hosting in-person events to strengthen community connections. 

6) Technical Blog Articles

Created to position Wandelbots as a thought leader in the manufacturing industry by addressing relevant software topics and boosting SEO to drive demand generation.

Work included writing content, designing layouts, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to refine technical details and align messaging, while staying updated on trending technologies and niche topics to engage target customers.

7) Wandelbots YouTube Channel

Managed the YouTube Channel to promote the company to a broad audience, showcasing its success story interviews, product showcases, and developer tutorials to drive interest, trust, and customer opportunities.

Work included engaging engineers in content creation, ideation, directing, and aligning with marketing on product messaging.
